Stephen Dinan is the founder and CEO of The Shift Network, which has 150,000 members worldwide. As the former Director of Membership and Marketing at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, he was the driving force behind the Shift in Action program, which grew to 10,000 paying members, and the One Minute Shift video series, which was seen by more than one million.

He is also the author of Radical Spirit (New World Library), and a forthcoming book Sacred America. Stephen directed and helped to create the Esalen Institute's Center for Theory & Research, a think tank for leading scholars, researchers, and teachers to explore human potential frontiers.  In addition, Stephen is a member of both the Transformational Leadership Council and the Evolutionary Leaders Group.

Steve Farrell is the Worldwide Coordinating Director for Humanity’s Team, a global grassroots spiritual movement focused on awakening and embodying Oneness so humanity may enjoy a sustainable world of peace, harmony and happiness. It presently has over 75,000 teammates in over 150 countries and provides resources for personal transformation, creates educational programs, and engages in Spiritual Activism.

Spiritual Activism projects include Global Oneness Day, a day Humanity’s Team created following its visit to the United Nations in May, 2010, a Oneness Declaration gathering signatures so the United Nations will endorse Global Oneness Day and programs focused on living in Oneness and helping people and the environment.

Before Steve became involved with Humanity’s Team he was an entrepreneur based in Silicon Valley, California where he founded and was chairman of two high growth technology companies.  He was the 2nd chapter president for the Young Entrepreneurs Organization in San Francisco and was a chapter officer with the Young Presidents Organization in San Francisco.  He also served on non-profit boards based in California.  He now lives with his wife Stephanie and two children in Boulder, Colorado.
